Divisional Music & Gospel Arts Director
Bandmaster Bill Rollins has been a Music Director for The Salvation Army for more than 21 years, serving in Massachusetts since 1987 and formerly serving in Southwest Ohio/Northeast Kentucky. His work involves the coordination of arts training for children and adults, useful for worship, spiritual and human development. The Arts Training Program in the state of Massachusetts includes mediums such as instrumental and vocal music, dramatic arts, dance, visual arts, and technical arts. Mr. Rollins also facilitates the training of leaders in all these mediums. He has been a member of the Music Educator’s National Conference since 1978 and his teaching experience includes training of elementary and secondary school music teachers. Mr. Rollins holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. In 1993, he completed a Master of Music degree program in Choral Conducting at the Boston Conservatory. Mr. Rollins was inducted into the National Music Honor Society, Pi Kappa Lamda in 1992. In addition, he was the founding conductor of the New England Brass Band, leading the group for 10 years. Mr. Rollins lives in Hyde Park, Massachusetts (USA) with his wife, Valencia (a nurse), and children Lamarr (student at The University of Miami), Kaleb (student at The Roxbury Latin School), and Jasmine (student at The Winsor School).

Assistant Divisional Music & Gospel Arts Director
Bandmaster Anne Rich has 10 years of music teaching and performance experience. A graduate of Trinity Evangelical School of Theology, Anne has a wealth of experience in public speaking and worship leading for various seminars and conferences. She has made appearances on radio and television, taught music privately, in school, and general studies in a home school. As a vocalist, Anne has four solo recordings of high quality. Although her preferred instrument is the guitar, she is competent on drums and piano.
Anne’s primary responsibility includes being a resources person for developing the Arts ministry in our corps in worship and evangelism. To meet this challenge, she is specifically available to help strategize ideas for providing instruction, developing leadership, seeking volunteer assistance from the community, and encouraging active Arts’s ministries.
